Does Moon in Aries mean I have a bad temper?

No. A natal sign cannot establish behavior or diagnose an anger problem. Use a real situation to examine how you express a response, and take responsibility for actions independently of the chart.

How is Aries Moon different from Aries Venus?

The Moon reading concerns comfort and immediate response; Venus concerns affinity, enjoyment and preference. Shared sign vocabulary does not make the two placements interchangeable, and they need not occur together.

Can I confirm an Aries Moon without a birth time?

Only if the Moon stays in Aries throughout the possible interval. Check the date, historical time zone and zodiac. A guessed noon does not settle a boundary case or establish the Moon's house.
