All eleven bodies and points will appear after calculation.

Visible aspects

Calculated aspects appear after a chart is created.

Uses Moira's nine angular types and original orb limits; the first five are visible by default. These longitude aspects are calculated separately from traditional patterns.

Major periods by palace

Uses this chart's fixed timing rules, with the first period replaced by the childhood interval. Dates here are civil labels; the export retains exact date and time components.

Saved charts & notes

Save the calculated chart's inputs, life-palace method and notes. Loading preserves its method; older records use the traditional method. Recalculation uses the current engine while retaining the saved engine label. Use Export data for a complete numerical snapshot.

    About this edition

Astronomical positions use Skyfield and JPL DE440. Traditional rules are adapted from Moira's GPL code and resources, with a modern time model.

This validation preview includes mansions, Four Pillars, indicators, patterns and current positions. Extended modes and full release acceptance remain unfinished.

    Calculation conventions & data sources

The seven bodies use topocentric apparent positions; Mars, Jupiter and Saturn use system barycentres. Ji Du is the true ascending node, Luo Hou its opposite, and Yue Bei the mean apogee. Elevation is zero and solar events use a standard atmosphere. Palace positions span 30°; mansion positions use separately calculated dynamic boundaries.

The complete candidate supports Gregorian years 1601–2200 and latitudes within 65° north or south. Historical and distant time scales involve models; future leap seconds are unknown. Ambiguous times and unresolved solar events produce errors.

Birth time in UTC:Annual bounds use the traditional nominal age on the reference date.

The public basic endpoint does not load stellar catalogues. The original Moira engine and Swiss Ephemeris are not used at runtime.
