Give an explanation a centre of attention

On 2024-07-12 at 12:00 UTC, the tropical geocentric Mercury was at 15°27′ Leo (135.455738° zodiac longitude). This is a historical sky calculation using Skyfield 1.55 and JPL DE440, not a personal birth chart or a record of someone’s behavior.
Leo spans 120° up to, but not including, 150° in the tropical zodiac. Subtracting 120° from this longitude gives 15.455738° within Leo. At this sample Mercury was direct, with longitude changing at 1.368539° per day. A daily sample does not identify an exact sign-entry or station time.
To reproduce it, open Daily ephemeris and select 2024-07. In Calculation settings, set the time zone to UTC, daily time to 12:00 and zodiac to Tropical, then read Mercury on 2024-07-12.
