Measure first, interpret second
An exact square is 90° of shortest zodiac-longitude separation. The calculator reports the difference from that angle as orb and lists the relationship only within the selected planetary moiety-orb limit. Changing an orb setting can change the list without changing a planet's position.
A dated sky sample illustrates geometry, while your natal result requires your recorded birth instant. House topics additionally need the birth place and house system. Applying or separating uses stored motion estimates; it does not search for an exact future event.

Compare one ambition with an ordinary week of sleep, care and time commitments. Which concrete change would make the week better support the aim?
Do not convert this aspect into a story about difficult parents or inevitable emotional instability. A birth-time uncertainty can also change a close Moon orb, so preserve the recorded input.

At 1986-06-15T12:00:00+00:00, the production Skyfield/JPL DE440 ephemeris puts Sun at 24°06′ Gemini (84.094992°) and Moon at 24°06′ Virgo (174.096598°), using tropical geocentric apparent longitude. Their shortest separation is 90.002°, 0.002° from an exact 90° square. The same instant and positions were checked through the complete monthly ephemeris response.
