Make a request specific enough for someone to help
A group may be willing to support a project without knowing what would actually be useful. Name the question, resource or introduction you need and explain its purpose. A bounded request makes it easier for someone to respond honestly, including when they cannot provide the help.
Choose one modest goal and write a request that includes what you have already tried. Offer a clear way to decline or suggest another route. Afterward, distinguish actual assistance from friendly interest. This creates evidence about support rather than treating Jupiter as proof that useful allies are assured.
An introduction should preserve everyone's choice
Connecting two people can create an opportunity, but ask both sides before sharing contact details or implying a commitment. Explain why the connection may be relevant and let them decide whether to continue. Your enthusiasm does not establish that either person owes the other access or time.

Synthetic chart example: Jupiter in the 11th house
Use the invented chart input 2001-02-03 at 15:06 UTC in Greenwich, UK (51.4779° N, 0° E), with the Tropical zodiac and Alcabitius houses. No real person or life story is attached to this example. The coordinates were actually calculated with Skyfield 1.55 and JPL DE440; they are geocentric positions for this specified moment.
The calculation places Jupiter at 1°20′ Gemini (61.334826° zodiac longitude) in House 11. Its Alcabitius interval starts at 12°18′ Taurus (42.297635°) and ends at the House 12 cusp, 20°13′ Gemini (80.212255°). The unrounded longitude lies inside that interval and is 18.877° from the nearer boundary. Rounded display labels do not decide the house.
Keep the same time, coordinates and zodiac, then change only the house system: Whole sign places Jupiter in House 12; Equal house places it in House 11. The planet's longitude stays the same in all three calculations. This comparison shows why a house number must retain its house-system label. The true Ascendant is 26°49′ Cancer, and the true Midheaven is 0°23′ Aries; those angles remain distinct from a system's numbered cusps.

No. Support must be observed in actual responses, contributions and agreements. A symbolic association with allies cannot establish a particular person's reliability.
Does this placement mean a large network will make me successful?
It cannot predict that outcome. Contact quantity, useful access and dependable support are different things. Evaluate a specific opportunity through its real conditions rather than a network size or a chart label.
