Measure the 180° relationship
The exact opposition angle is 180°. Sky Degrees compares the shortest distance between two zodiac longitudes with that angle. The difference is the orb from exactness. Your chosen planetary orb values set the permitted distance; a pair outside that limit is not listed.
At 180° the two points are exactly opposite. The calculator compares the shortest longitude separation to that angle and checks your allowed orb. A sign-axis label alone cannot establish exactness.
Use the symbolism as a question
First keep the two planetary topics distinct. Ask what each contributes and when one seems to crowd out the other. In a personal chart this is one person's measured natal relationship, not automatically a reading of two people.

Suppose one longitude is 10° and the other is 188.75°. The shortest circular separation is 178.75°, which is 1.25° away from an exact 180° opposition. This is arithmetic with invented points, not a calculated birth chart or an observed sky event.

Does every pair in matching signs make a opposition?
No. The calculator uses measured longitudes and allowed orb, not only sign names. A sign-based clue can differ from the calculated 180° relationship.
Does a opposition predict what will happen?
No. It is a calculated angular relationship. Any symbolic reading is a prompt for reflection; actual behavior and circumstances must be checked separately.
