Measure the 0° relationship
The exact conjunction angle is 0°. Sky Degrees compares the shortest distance between two zodiac longitudes with that angle. The difference is the orb from exactness. Your chosen planetary orb values set the permitted distance; a pair outside that limit is not listed.
Near 0° and near 360° are adjacent on the circle. Two planets can therefore be conjunct across the Aries–Pisces boundary. Conversely, two planets in one 30° sign can be too far apart for your configured orb.
Use the symbolism as a question
Start by naming the two separate functions before combining them. The Sun with Mercury may connect purpose with thought; the Moon with Saturn raises a different question about care and structure. A conjunction does not erase the difference between the bodies.
Where do these two concerns appear together in an ordinary decision, and where would separating them make the choice clearer?
A conjunction is a measured relationship, not proof that one trait dominates a person. Check the actual positions, houses and allowed orb before using an interpretation.

An invented conjunction geometry check
Suppose one longitude is 10° and the other is 11.25°. The shortest circular separation is 1.25°, which is 1.25° away from an exact 0° conjunction. This is arithmetic with invented points, not a calculated birth chart or an observed sky event.

Does every pair in matching signs make a conjunction?
No. The calculator uses measured longitudes and allowed orb, not only sign names. A sign-based clue can differ from the calculated 0° relationship.
Does a conjunction predict what will happen?
No. It is a calculated angular relationship. Any symbolic reading is a prompt for reflection; actual behavior and circumstances must be checked separately.

Synthetic chart examples use explicitly invented inputs and actual calculations; no real person or biography is attached. Dated historical sky examples can be reproduced using the stated UTC sample; they are not personal birth records or evidence for symbolic interpretations. Worked arithmetic and geometry examples are labelled separately. Astrological meanings are symbolic conventions, not established scientific predictions.
