# Sky Degrees 七政四余基础版：来源与许可

The supplied qizheng/, api/qizheng.py, calculation/ first-party helper code,
tools/ and source/frontend/ original page code are distributed as this standalone
release under GPL-3.0-or-later. See LICENSE. This release does not relicense the
entire private website or unrelated uses of the owner's code. Recipients may
use, modify and redistribute this covered program, including commercially,
under GPL-3.0-or-later. It is supplied without warranty.

Purple Qi, solar minute-label adjustment, life/self positions and period rules
adapt Moira, Copyright (C) 2004-2015 At Home Projects, originally GPL-2.0-or-later.
This adaptation selects the permitted GPL v3 path. Source-level ownership and
method references remain intact. See qizheng/NOTICE.md and
licenses/upstream/MOIRA-RULES-NOTICE.txt for modifications dated 2026-09-12.

Mean-apogee nominal inclination acknowledges Copyright (C) 2011 Adrian
Price-Whelan and Copyright (c) 2017 SDSS under BSD-3-Clause; the full original
terms are in qizheng/mean_apogee-SDSS-LICENSE.txt. ERFA/PyERFA retain BSD-style
terms and their SOFA heritage statement. Skyfield, jplephem and sgp4 retain MIT;
NumPy retains all included component licences; tzdata retains Apache-2.0 and
IANA data terms; unchanged certifi retains MPL-2.0. Their complete installed
distribution notices are supplied under licenses/upstream/dependencies/.
Dependency packages themselves are obtained via the pinned requirements; their
upstream source and licences remain separately available from their projects.

Scientific data binaries are not distributed in this ZIP. The code's separate
data-install helper uses the official URLs and pinned hashes from
calculation/data/manifest.json. JPL kernel comments, NAIF rules and IERS source
attribution are preserved in calculation/data/ and licenses/upstream/data/.
Neither JPL nor IERS data is relicensed as GPL or project-original material.
Obtaining the exact IERS historical snapshot is a separate condition; no new
IERS redistribution permission is asserted by this source archive.

calculation/houses.py acknowledges the independently published Unlicense
CircularNatal formula source. Its packaged ephemeris was not copied. Existing
font, scaffold and GeoNames licence notices under licenses/site/ are retained
for context; those assets, city database and private application are not
included. The supplied frontend source has its own limited scope described in
source/frontend/README.md. No third-party logo/art or endorsement is included.

No HYG, BSC, SIMBAD or other stellar catalogue, original Moira distribution,
Swiss implementation/ephemeris, research reference results, credentials,
authentication, database or private application source is included.


## Basic interface localization — 2026-09-16

This source edition preserves the 2026-09-12 basic Python backend byte for byte.
Only display copy, English labels, navigation and the hidden /CN counterparts
are added to the basic Qizheng interface. The calculation identifiers, numerical
values, input contract and raw JSON export are unchanged. English interface
translations adapt the original Sky Degrees basic-page copy and retain this
package's GPL-3.0-or-later terms. No detailed-edition component, star table,
mansion calculation, shensha, calendar or paid reading is added.
